Once we've viewed the photos, we will contact you to let you know whether your property has been selected to join the database.

Taking the Photographs..

The photos you send us do not need to be professional photographs, but they should reveal all about the property. Let the photos show any unique features i.e. Staircases, Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts, Art Deco Fittings, Views. Please make sure to photograph any beautiful and interesting architecture and landscaping.

Rather than photographing bits and pieces (i.e. furniture), zoom out so your picture reveals the entire room.  

Interiors: Please make sure the room is well lit. Stand in a corner of each of the rooms. Take various photographs in a pan from one side of the room to the other. Then move to the opposite corner of the room and repeat the process.

Exteriors: Please photograph your garden extensively, as well as the exterior of the building. Please also photograph up & down the road in front of the property.

·          Please specify whether your property is available for Film Shoots, Still Shoots, Weddings and / or Events.

·          In which suburb / city is your property?

·          Please include all your contact details.

Remember, it’s better to send too many photos, rather than sending too few.
